Non-refundable Deposits

No-shows, late shows and cancellations impede the ability of those individuals who need access to veterinary care. Cypresswood Animal Clinic may require a non-refundable deposits to secure appointments. When you receive services at our clinic, in compliance with our appointment policies, the deposit will be applied to your invoice.

Those deposits are as follows:

$45 for wellness appointments (cost of the exam)

$60 for non-wellness appointments (cost of the exam)

50% of dental cleaning estimate

50% of surgery estimate

Remember, this policy costs you nothing when you remain in compliance with our appointment policy!
